For the past few decades, I have been a home herbalist with a focus on clean and natural ways to nourish and heal the body. After gaining weight later in life, I focused on exercising more and tracking what I put in my body. A year after losing the extra weight, I picked up resistance training and have never looked back.
I felt empowered with the knowledge of how the body can change composition and metabolism if you have the right dedication and knowledge at your disposal. I wanted to help others discover that same power over their lives, the results are there if the consistency and focus on healthy change is there.
