Siobhan Thorpe

Siobhan grew up in a very active household. Her family knew the importance of physical activity and they truly enjoyed it. She started playing sports at a young age and continued until around her senior year of high school. After she made this decision to stop, she had to figure out her own exercise routine for the first time.

She struggled for years to find what worked for her and was easily influenced by things in the media portraying the “perfect” way to eat, look, or exercise. This became an overwhelming and viscous cycle of fads that were more damaging to her mental health than anything. After years of this unfulfilling and unsuccessful “health” journey, Siobhan decided to take matters into her own hands and began to educate herself; this is when she truly fell in love with fitness.

She learned how to use exercise to help make her feel stronger, both mentally and physically. She learned how to properly fuel her body to keep up with her active lifestyle. And most importantly she learned how to maintain a balanced happy and healthy lifestyle.

Siobhan was inspired by her own journey and wanted to help others find the love for health that she did. She wanted to help promote a healthy and sustainable lifestyle so that others wouldn’t fall for the same “quick fixes” that she suffered through.

Siobhan studied Exercise Science at the University of North Carolina Wilmington and is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. She also completed a 200 hour yoga teaching training at UNCW so she is even able to instruct yoga classes!

Siobhan truly has a passion for overall health as she saw the benefits it had on improving every aspect of her life. She is so glad you are here and can’t wait to help you on your journey!
