John, a former student-athlete, earned his Exercise and Sports Science degree from Texas Tech University. He is a certified Personal Trainer through ACE. His professional background includes fifteen years of working with individuals across all ages, including cardiac patients, athletes, youth, working professionals, and retirees. John approaches fitness not as a quick fix but as a lifelong physical, mental, and emotional commitment to overall wellness. John aims for adaptability in programming, engaging with and listening to his clients as they discover exercise routines and lifestyle changes that are exciting, manageable, and conducive to individual goals. John’s favorite part of being a coach is sharing his own wellness journey and being a part of the successes and “aha moments” his clients experience.
